Legal education plays an important role in the transmission of high-quality legal talents for the construction of our socialist country ruled by law. Talent training quality is directly related to the construction of rule of law in China’s "people based" whether solid, is directly related to the success or failure of the construction of rule of law. More than30years of reform and opening up, China’s legal construction has entered a new historical period, regardless of is the accumulation of legal knowledge, or the establishment of the legal system have made substantial breakthrough. However, in the aspect of training legal talents, although has made considerable progress. But the pace of progress and do the actual problem is far cannot meet the social expectations, more can’t satisfy the minority people’s special cultural background of legal expectation. Therefore, this paper at this point, and analyzes the legal specific objectives for the training of qualified personnel of legal education in Xinjiang minority regions.This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter mainly includes the reason of choosing the topic, the significance of this topic, the research objectives of this content, the domestic research situation, and lack of innovation, and so on.In the second chapter of this paper, we discussed a target in the theory of legal education and training. Firstly, the author reviewed and put forward the training target of relevant law education and gave her own opinions. Secondly, the writer discusses the constitutive requirements of the universal training target of law education at the present stage in our country, and made a short brief after the analyzing:the objective of China’s law education of cultivating talents is not clear at the moment. There is no unified view of this theory. And the universal elements are proposed in accordance with the basic situation of Han nationality area, without considering the special cultural background of legal education in ethnic minority areas.Next, the third chapter gives the discussion of the diversified language, the minority people’s religious beliefs, the local customary law and other special culture in Xinjiang minority areas. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the special culture with the law, this chapter discuss the elements of special talents training target of law education. The writer thinks that the former talent training objective of legal education is not suitable for the actual situation in minority areas. The goal couldn’t meet the demand of the minority, which gives rise to the negative effects to the local judicial work. Therefore, when the legal make the talents of our law education training target, we should consider the talent training objectives of law education in minority nationality areas under special cultural background.The last chapter of this paper is to explore the special talents training goal of legal education in Xinjiang minority regions from the construction of the rule of law in the region. In this chapter, on the basis of the above discussed in order to further strengthen the construction of rule of law in Xinjiang minority areas, improve the local legislative, judicial, law enforcement work fair, smooth, efficient operation requires legal talents suitable for the actual situation in the region.
