On Security Cooperation In The Framework Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

After the Cold War, the technology develops fast, and the world situation is changing hugely. Many countries institute to occupy a gainful position, in order to counter the changing situation in the complex international environment. Therefore, the research to how the countries going security cooperation under Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the relationship with other countries is extremely important. Due to security cooperation is the basic areas of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, how to fulfill the existing achievements of security cooperation under Shanghai Cooperation Organization is quite significant. And our emphasis must fully play the security cooperation role under SCO. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is different with other international organizations; it has its own characteristics. This paper was trying to explore the form among countries, and the security cooperation in Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In order to spread the shanghai spirit, and improve the security cooperation, it will be quite beneficial to achieve national interests, as long as the SCO is under a healthy operation.Under the SCO, many countries are implementing multi-aspect and multi-layer cooperation.My paper is divided into four chapters. It is mainly states the situation of the security cooperation of SCO, and analyses of the background of security cooperation detailed, introduces the procession of the organizations, discusses the existing mechanism, studies joint anti-terrorism chiefly, and put forward the counter measures. Meanwhile, we find out the restrict factors, and solve these difficult problems which are good for regional stability. My paper summarizes the achievements of SCO, besides, looking into the prospective of security cooperation under SCO. China is an important powerful background of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, therefore we will insist on our independent foreign policy, and work with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization together for our common ideals.
