Sound administrative accountability system in China have to change the government can only be establish responsible government; political reform, to promote political civilization; to break the traditional civil service road, build a new administrative culture; to strengthen the clean government the construction of anti-corruption from the source; conducive to building a harmonious socialist political culture. However, due to historical and practical reasons, the administrative accountability system in our country there is accountability of the main restricted to the same body of accountability, administrative accountability, lack of procedures, lack of cultural soil of administrative accountability and administrative accountability of the legal system is imperfect practical difficulties. Therefore, we propose a few suggestions, in order to make some contribution to a sound administrative accountability system in China, to solve the difficulties faced by the current administrative accountability. First, to establish the allogeneic accountability of authority led the main structure; to standardize and improve administrative accountability procedures; to increase publicity efforts to cultivate the culture of administrative accountability; to the improvement of legislation, and promote administrative accountability the system of laws to go by; five prevention mechanism is to establish administrative accountability.
