In nowday’s pluralistic competition,sociaty is developing steadily and the woman has been progressing steadily too,we can seeing and feeling that more and more women are taking part in politics zone and more and more women’s personal values are getting attention.National civil servants’ as high economic status groups in a social,gathering a lot of professional women.The increase in the proportion of female civil servants serving,the ability and the value of women have been recognized and valued.They play a pivotal role in the national civil servant group and have been recognized by the society.Due to the outside world and themselves’ various reasons,That bring some personal psychological and jobs development plight on the women’s life.Based on above,I want to explore the characteristics of Chinese female civil servants’ career by combing the female civil servants’ career theory.Using the multi-disciplinary theory and multi-research methods to explore the problems of Chinese female civil servants’ career,and analysis the influence factors,then putting forward the successful countermeasures for the Chinese female civil servants’ career,and to provide theoretical support and advice to develop Chinese female civil servants’ potential. In fact,a survey about young high-achieving women found that the female’s occupational enthusiasm as high as male’s,female civil servants’ development not only related to the number of human capital but also related to the quality of human capital.How to make a well model to contribute to the development of professional women in all fields, is very essential.In the part of the introduction of the article is introduced the background and significance of this study,reviewed previous scholars’ survey about female civil servants career and analysis systematicly by looking for a wide range of information,to sort out the theory and results of the research at home and abroad.Based on the result develop my own direction,statements the content and methods of the study.The chapter2has analyzes the characteristics of female civil servants and define the related concepts and introduces female civil service career stage.Using the foreign theory of achievement motivation,work-family balance theory,female career development theory, the female’s career development of self-efficency theory to analysis the female civil servants’ career, these career theory are related to female civil servants closely.The chapter3,through the interpretation of the successful female civil servans’career,from the family,personality,and sexy aspects of refining their successful professional characteristics,then to make some model relying on career success for Chinese female civil servants.Based on real plight, in chapter4,1am summed up the burnout of Chinese female civil servants’ serving status quo and in their career.They including the objective and subjective problems of role conflict,the "glass ceiling,gender discrimination,and women themselves,then from female civil servants and social attitudes and so on to analysis he hampered factors.In chapter5, based on these successful female civil servants’ career stories in different positions of success,and finally under the national situation from a realistic point to give the systematic countermeasures to solve the plight from four levels, improving our female civil servants’ career to provide a strong support.Drawing on the existing research,the possible innovation about this paper is combine multiple disciplines theory (sociology,psychology,management) and revelated to several successful female civil servants’ career combined with our social reality,explore the solutions of our female civil servants’ career in the plight.In finging the solutions about female civil servants’ career using Parsons’ social system theory,around four different levels about values,roles,institutional,social environment putting forward recommendations systematically to promote the development of female civil servants’ career, providing policy support for our female civil servants’ career success.
