With the development of all aspects of global economy,culture and politics,the competition between countries has become increasingly fierce.The fundamental problem is the competition for talents.The issue of talents has always been a key issue that the party and the country have focused on and solved.How to tap talents,make full use of them,and achieve a reasonable and optimal allocation of talents has become an important subject of current research.As a key core team for the development of talents for the party and the country,the civil servants have received more attention.In 2005,the State promulgated the "Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China",and the construction and management of civil servants became law-based.And scientific and reasonable development.Therefore,in order to improve the overall quality of the civil service team,increase the work enthusiasm of civil servants,and further enhance the ability of government organizations to serve the people,it is necessary to place the career management of civil servants in a prominent position in government work and promote the personal professional development of civil servants And the achievement of organizational goals.At the same time,young female civil servants have played an important role in the civil service,and their proportion has also increased year by year,playing an increasingly important role in government work.Young women,as important bearers of government public affairs,are also shouldering greater and more difficult responsibilities.As a result,the requirements for young female civil servants are getting higher and higher,which also puts forward new requirements for the career management of young female civil servants.Therefore,this article will explore the current situation of career management of young female civil servants from an organizational perspective.Based on career choice,career development,and organizational support theories,this article combines current and mature research on career management of civil servants and targets young people.The characteristics of this group of female civil servants are systematically and comprehensively investigated.This paper studies the related issues of career management of young female civil servants,combines interviews and questionnaires,combines theoretical and practical work,analyzes the current dilemma of career management of young female civil servants,and finds out the causes of the dilemma.Practical analysis of academic rationality,trying to propose a plan to improve the career management of young female civil servants from an organizational perspective,to protect the interests of this group of young female civil servants.The systematic and scientific management of young female civil servants is conducive to stimulating their work enthusiasm,promoting their career development,improving organizational work efficiency,achieving organizational work goals,and also helping to achieve self-worth.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a certain reference for the organization to the career management of young female civil servants,with a view to truly achieving the career development of young female civil servants and promoting the development of organizational work.
