Research On Cultural Construction Of Peasant-transformed Urban Residents

Because of the rapid development of urbanization, a kind of community called"Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" was created. Although this conversion is the inevitable result of the integration of urban and rural areas, there are also many consequences, such as difficult changing of concepts, can hardly adapt to the new environment, low employment rate, the backwardness of public service system, difficult to integrate into the surrounding communities and so on. To solve these problems, the cultural construction of "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" community must be improved. Effective cultural construction can provide a powerful spiritual motivation for the scientific development of the community. However, there are some problems of the research in this area, which mainly reflect in the lack of targeted research production. These problems result in the lack of theoretical support of the culture construction of the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities. This paper regard the meaning and function of "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" community as the starting point, analysis the importance of this work. Meanwhile, the author took the"Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities of Jin Jiang District of Chengdu as example, made a comprehensive analysis and survey of the achievement and problems of this work, with data collection and field survey, and put forward the systematic solutions. The whole paper includes four parts.The first part is introduction, which discussed the background and significance of this research, summarized the research at home and abroad, and cited the research methods and important and difficult points.The second part is the summary of the culture construction of the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities, including the definition of related concepts, introducing the important significance of the culture construction of the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities. The author agrees with that effective culture construction can play the better role of the ideological and political education, and promote social harmony and stability. Secondly, it is conducive to promote people in the community from the "villagers" to "residents" of the psychological changes, and enhance the ability to adapt to the new environment. Thirdly, it is in favor of this type of community-integrated into the surrounding community, and conducive to the coordinated development of urbanization. Fourthly, it is conducive to the development of urban and rural areas, promoting the integration of urban and rural construction. Fifthly, it is conducive to promoting national culture, and enhancing cultural soft power. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the culture construction of the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities. The author took the"Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities of Jin Jiang District of Chengdu as example, made a survey of the current situation of this work, and analyzed the achievement and problems of this work. There are five problems of it. The first one is the effect of ideological and political education is not beautiful. The second one is public cultural infrastructure is not perfect enough. The third one is the talents are weak. The fourth one is the pertinence and effectiveness of this work is not good. The fifth one is the lack of national conductive advanced model.The fourth part is the improved strategies. To solve the problems of the culture construction of the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" communities, we believe that it should strengthen the ideological and political education of these communities, improve related systems, and give full play to the role of role.
