Study On Problems Of The Urban Community Governance In Chengdu Wenjiang District

Community governance is an important component of the national governance system,the urban community is the basic bearing of social life in a modern urban.The Study on the Governance of Urban Communities are based on the city's unit,to find out the problems and solutions,which in a micro-level.In this article,I took Wenjiang District of Chengdu as the research object,According the problems,to get a solution to promote Wenjiang's urban community governance,and to facilitate the community governance theory,in China.Furthermore,give some reference for other regions,and this is very important.Based on Wenjiang's exploration,in the light of their mainly experience,I'm using the methods of literature research field investigation and comparative research,analyzed it's "subject" "model""structure".And fond out that their governance exist some problems.Like the management is too general,the classification is not clearly,the participation of multiple subjects is not enough,the vitality of community autonomy is not enough.And also,that different communities facing the unequal problems.To dealing with these problems,the article first committed to get the causes and backgrounds of the different problems.Then,fully learn the advanced experience in world.Especially the practices of Haidian District of Beijing.Nanshan District of Shenzhen?Jiangbei District of Ningbo.From above,the research presented some countermeasures:to refine the types of urban communities,to strengthen the main body status of community autonomy,to improve the community supervision system,to built Demand-oriented and Problem-oriented configuration of community governance resources.Hoping to solve the existed problems,and make some promotion of the Urban Community Governance in Wenjiang.
