Research On Residents' Participation In Cultural Construction Of "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents"

With the acceleration of the new urbanization process in China and the continuous outward movement of urban centers,the original traditional natural villages have gradually undergone the transformation from rural to urban areas,and the"Peasant-transformed Urban Residents " community has emerged as the times require."Peasant-transformed Urban Residents" Community in the Transitional Period will inevitably encounter difficulties in community integration,ideological change,identity change,environmental adaptation,employment and re-employment.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the basic strategy of cultural construction in the new era,which pointed out the direction for the "Peasant-transformed Urban Residents”community to solve these difficulties.”Peasant-transformed Urban Residents "community should not only strengthen infrastructure construction,but also follow the trend of the times,vigorously promote community cultural construction,and guide residents to actively participate in community cultural construction,laying a solid foundation for the efficient development of the community.At present,the focus of community culture construction in our country mostly stays in mature urban communities.There are few studies on the cultural construction of" Peasant-transformed Urban Residents " communities,especially the discussion on residents' participation in community culture construction is still weak.Taking this as a breakthrough,through field visits and questionnaires,this paper studies the participation of " Peasant-transformed Urban Residents "residents in community culture construction in Suzhou Industrial Park,it is found that there are some problems in the participation of residents of " Peasant-transformed Urban Residents " in the construction of community culture in this area,such as the single form of participation,the imbalance of participants,the deviation between the willingness to participate and the actual situation,and the low overall coordination of participation.To promote residents' active participation in community cultural construction,we should not only use Internet thinking to increase innovation,enrich residents' participation forms,carry out cultural activities popular with residents,and attract the participation of young people,but also improve community public cultural service system,increase community social capital,and enhance residents' subjective awareness and autonomy.
