Research On China’s Social Management System Innovation Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the reform and opening up, China has developed from traditional social management stage to the gradual improvement stage of social management. Social management of our country faced a new challenge:the profound changes in the economic system of our country; profound changes has undergone in the social structure; ever-changing pattern of interests; profound changes of the ideas; opening up developed in depth and emergencies occur frequently, urgent call for innovation of China social management system. Although the innovation of social management system in China has made achievements:explored the source of the problem, improved the legislative system; organized all social labor competition and promoted economic development; the work of the Government has gradually been brought into the public, promoting the building of grass-roots people’s livelihood. However, there are still many problems need to be solved:more focusing on economic construction, less focusing on social management; party service functions did not play very well; officer of the humanistic management is serious; vulnerable groups in society have not been fully protected. If these social management issues shouldn’t be disposed, the speed of innovation of China’s social management system will be seriously affected. Innovation in social management system is conducive to the elimination of bad ideas; conducive to meet the new stage of social management requirements; better adapted to the new stage of social practice; more able to exert people’s initiative and self-awareness; better meet the needs of the people in the new period and better able to correctly handle contradictions among the people. It requires our country to analyze specific issues and find out a better response, making China’s social management system more perfect.
