A Study On The Government Social Management Problems Since The Reform And Opening-up

Since the reform and opening up,the government has experienced from control to management,and then the governance.At the same time,the government is innovating the social management in the management idea,subjects,methods,systems and mechanisms.As an important part of national governance,social governance has important significance in realizing national management system and the modernization of management ability.The government social management of our country has its roots at home and abroad.The early reform and opening up,new public management in the west is on the way,and the related theories and the historical experience of western social management provide a reference for our country in the government social management.In addition to,our traditional management experience about Confucianism Machismo Taoism and legalism,the thoughts of Marxist classical writers and the major leaders in our country can make the government social management improved.The report in eighteen putted forward to the pattern of social management,that leadership of the party committee,government responsibility,social cooperation,public participation and the rule of law guarantee,but the government social management in our country has many disadvantages in synergy and social unstable factors.These not only are results of the body of social governance not reaching the designated position,but also the necessity of social management system lag behind.At present,the government should summarize experience in social management innovation in recent years and combine with the spirits of the third plenary session of 18 to further transform function,improve the way of social governance and activate social organization,so that the government achieves good governance.Meanwhile,innovating mechanisms of preventing and resolving social contradictions,and completing the public security system can provide a better social environment and institutional guarantee for the government social management,then make it to the modern development.
