Research On Unexpected Circumstances Microblogging Government Information Dissemination

The government micro blog is an emerging channel for government making government affairs public, maintaining images and interacting with the mass, as well as an important tool for publicizing messages about accidental events. Through observations on government micro blogs on dealing with accidental events in Beijing, the writer concludes that there are various problems in government micro blog publicizing information on accidental events. In addition, the writer finds out solutions by analyzing problems.This essay includes five parts, firstly, the overview about the essay including the significance of the essay and research on current situation of government micro blogs publicizing information on accidental events; secondly, the definition of publicizing government information, accidental events and government micro blog; thirdly, the analyze of cases, through observation on " Beijing weibo Publicizing Hall" dealing with accidental events during the period from December2011to December2012, the writer concludes the situation of micro blog dealing with accidental events; fourthly, through analyzing cases in part three, the writer concludes that there are problems in micro blogs dealing with accidental events in Beijing; fifthly, based on the conclusion of part four, the writer put forward suggestions and advice on improving the ability of micro blogs dealing with accidental events.
