Strategy On Public Opinion Guidance Of Jiangsu’s Government Micro-blog

According to the nearly three years of "sina government micro-blog Report", Jiangsu government micro-blog ranking indicators are ranked in the forefront, and research on it is very representative.This paper adopts a series of communication methods,such as literature review, an investigation method for basic data collection,and summary of experience. Firstly,the domestic and province rankings of Jiangsu government micro-blog, existing initiatives and flaws of guidance of public opinion are introduced. Then,through analytical study of the model cases, the author brings up some practical suggestions about that government micro-blog how to guide public opinion when it confronts with unexpected events and normal events.Lastly, the author summed up the future development direction of Jiangsu government micro-blog is that citizens get more opportunities to participate public decision making and political life, and to realize the true freedom and equal dialogue.
