The Responsibility And Further Action Of Chinese Government To Develop Healthy Social Psychological

With the improvement of Chinese Socialist Market Economic System, the number of government stakeholders is huger and the relationship between them is more complex than before, so the management activities of government also become diversified. People can make emergency responses to the management activities of government by their own psychological experience, which also can be considered an evaluation to the government. People’s own experience and comprehensive psychological endurance can be called "Social Psychology". Currently, Government begins to settle the public crisis, but some problems are related to the psychological health problems of normal cultivation which can make more far-reaching, wider and worse effects to the governance. So this is an urgent topic of academic studies.Around the topic of "the government must develop healthy social psychology", the main content of this thesis is made up of three chapters:The first chapter is "Develop Healthy Social Psychology is The Important Responsibility of Government". Firstly, on the real life problems, to prove the governments need to solve the current social psychological problem. And then, this thesis analyzes the dialectic relationship between government management and social psychology. Finally, through the method of comparative analysis, to emphasize cultivating healthy social psychology is not only the responsibility of government, but also an important leading responsibility of government. The second chapter mainly around " Adopted Corresponding Measures and Inadequate Actions of Government":Government’s policies and practical measures relating to developing healthy social psychology have made some achievements, but have many shortcomings too. The third chapter,"Take Further Measures" analyses the specific measures of our government to develop healthy social psychology, these concrete measures include the path choice of government to develop healthy social psychology, the functions of the government construction about social and mental health, and the government need pay close attention to their members social psychological problem.Overall, this paper’s logic thinking is "why","what" and "how". Around the responsibility of the government to develop healthy social psychology, this paper highlights importance of our government raising healthy society, and discusses the practice of government to develop healthy social psychology. The conclusion of the paper is that cultivating healthy social psychology needs the leading spirit of the Communist Party of China, the dominant energy of the governments, the democratic participation and the social synergy, whatever the government is the key role.
