University National Defence Students Psychological Training

As a large number of high-tech weapons being used in the modern war, the combat form in new age is changing fast, and psychological warfare has standing out. The national defense students as an important source of national military talents has particular stress in such a complex combat background. Psychological training during the period of university is to help national defense students cope with the pressure of war, and is an important link to improve the psychological quality. Only with the help of strict psychological training for improving the national defense students’ psychological quality can make them adapt to the army culture and life quickly after getting into the army, and lay a solid psychological foundation for their future work in the army. But the reality is that the psychological training is neglected or even ignore in the cultivation of national defense students link. Acting with the holdback like the short of plus professional talents and hardware, they influence the effect of psychological training for the national defense student.Through selecting seventeen universities randomly, this paper has carried out the survey for present situation of national defense students’ psychological training, and summarized problems that appeared in psychological training for national defense students of colleges and universities of China. The survey found the existence of problems in psychological training for national defense students.For example, the cultural idea is behind, the management mechanism is not clear, the point of training content is not outstanding, the training methods is unitary and the training target have no priority. This paper has analyzed the causes of these problems, such as, not thinking highly of psychological training, the shortage of professional talent and facilities, and not maturity for evaluation mechanism.The innovations of this paper mainly are that, it selected seventeen universities randomly, and drew support from investigation of present situation and the analysis of the causes and. With the help of these analysis, and the enlightenment that psychological training at home and abroad give to our national defense students psychological training, based on the research and successful practical results at home and abroad. This paper constructs university national defense students’psychological training system for our country preliminary.
