It is known that the CPC’s ruling basis and governing capacity, as well as state’s destiny, lie in the quality and leadership of cadres. Particularly with the fast developing of the society and the ever-changing international environment, China is confronted with the dual challenges of the economic and political reform. Meanwhile, the increasing problems in the social administration bring new questions for the cadres at all levels. There are a lot of shortages and disadvantage in current cadre training field, this paper is to analyze the problems in cadre training, reviewing from the new democratic period to the present, holding that the little effect, low efficiency, poor management and lack of instinct motivation prevail in cadre training institutions. The paper also draw the conclusion that in order to solve the problems in cadre training field, it is fundamental to regulate the relationship between various training subjects, to simulate the training institutions’ self innovation, to have the cadres play active role when they are engaging in training programs. |
