Any country’s economy is in the interaction with others’, there’s no way to seal away from the external world completely. Therefore, external factor is one of the important indexes to consider the economic. As to China’s economy in the1950s and1960s, the weak starting point, lacking of construction experience and the special environment home and abroad all made the external factors seems particularly outstanding. At the same time, the complex connections in geographical environment, political system and ideology between the Soviet Union and China made Soviet elements’influence became typically representative. Therefore, carding the objective condition, realistic path, specific performance and the deep substance of Soviet Union factors can not only clearly show the historical context but also play an important role in today’s economy construction practice.The complex connections in geographical environment, political system and ideology between the Soviet Union and China made Soviet elements’influence became typically representative. The providing and pulling away of tangible material and intangible culture, the inputting and strengthening of the ideology and Soviet model, and the relationship of the two countries, a lot of things with the Soviet union labels or elements associated with the Soviet union play an important role in today’s economy construction practice. We called that "the Soviet factors".The Soviet factors took the bipolar structure as background, based on the economical and political behavior interactions together with the relationship of Sino-soviet. According to this, the passage takes the significant economic, political, cultural and diplomatic and military events as the point of penetration, and the "giving-receiving" relations as two dimensions, clearly have a deep insight into the degree, path and direction of the influence. At last, the passage summed up some useful references for today’s development.
