Study On The Evaluation Index System Of The Conflict Between Nature Reserve And Surrounding Communities

In China,there is a long history of conflict between nature reserve and its surrounding communities due to the utilization of natural resources,the distribution of benefits,the management,the ownership and the protection of biodiversity.How to correctly understand and solve the conflict between the two has been a hot issue for the managers and the surrounding residents.Delineation of the nature reserve,to some extent limit the use of community resources,restricts the development of the space community,have a certain impact on the community residents family income,lead to conflict.The overall development of the surrounding community,and is an important index to measure the protection area management effectiveness,then evaluate how to solve or alleviate conflict between the degree of the natural reserve,the conflict between the district and the surrounding community,it is particularly important.By reading the literature and combing the predecessors' research results,this paper summarizes the main contradictions between the nature reserve and the surrounding community on the basis of the theory of conservation and development,the theory of sustainable development and the relationship between man and land.Including the following six aspects:the conflict of natural resources use,management conflict.ownership conflict,conflict of interest distribution,conflict of wild animal and protection of conflict of consciousness,and for all types of conflicts summed up the corresponding evaluation indicators,the construction of nature reserves and the surrounding community conflict Evaluation index system,with a view to the conflict between the two evaluation to provide an effective dynamic evaluation system.Through the software yaahp(V10.3),the weight of the project layer and the factor layer of the index system is determined by software yaahp(V10.3),and the degree of conflict is evaluated according to the quantization standard.Then,the spatial analysis of each index factor is carried out by using GIS technology,The type and extent of the conflict,the correct understanding of the nature reserve conflict,assessment of conflict,to provide new research ideas and analytical methods.In this paper,the Yunlong Tianchi National Nature Reserve and its surrounding communities are used as geographical units to conduct field research through the issuance of questionnaires and in-depth interviews.In terms of community resource utilization,family income sources and protection consciousness,More first-hand data.Through the investigation and investigation,we can understand the conflicts between the Tianchi Nature Reserve and the surrounding communities and the current situation of the conflict.We will adjust,supplement and discard the individual indicators according to the evaluation index system of the established nature reserve and the surrounding community conflict.Based on this,the evaluation index system of Tianchi Nature Reserve and surrounding community is constructed,and finally the quantification is carried out and the degree of conflict is assessed.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,based on the content of the conflict between the nature reserve and the surrounding communities,it tries to construct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system for the evaluation of the conflict between the nature reserve and the surrounding communities.The second is to achieve the protection of nature reserves and the surrounding community to develop the dual objectives,must correctly handle the relationship between the two,the system to assess the conflict,to resolve or alleviate the contradiction between the two.The third is to build a set of objective and fair,scientific and rational,comprehensive comprehensive nature reserve and the surrounding community conflict evaluation index system framework,is a correct understanding of the type of conflict,a measure of the degree of conflict is a key step.Fourthly,in the empirical study,the overall conflict degree of Yunlong Tianchi Nature Reserve is less serious.The two types of conflict are the conflict between natural resource use conflict and wild animal accident,followed by conflict of management and protection consciousness.
