Study On The Construction Of Petition Work Team In The New District

City is the production of human economic and social development. It is a symbol of the development of civilization. Since the Chinese reform and opening, the development of the society and the economy rapidly, and the trend of the process of urbanization also grow fast. Therefore, the new district and its function have great significances. Construction and development of city new district cannot do without the use of land. Therefore, they expropriate the substantial amounts of land of civilians in the suburbs. There must be conflicts between the landowners and land-use companies while expropriating the land, which are the sources of the petitions from the masses of the new district. It is very important to build a professional and occupational petition work team of the city.
