Government, throughthe outsourcing of public services, reduce supply costs, reduce the financial pressure,improve production efficiency, the theory and practice of public administration also had avery profound impact.After the reform and opening up, China ’s economy achieved a great leap-forwarddevelopment, people’s living standards also will continue to improve. Then thecorresponding residents corresponding to the requirement of the government to provide publicservices will also be increased gradually. Thus, the government is not only to providediversification of efficiency or service, you need to put in more effort. In China, theconstruction of public finances is still not perfect, implementation and theoretical studies ofoutsourcing public services are relatively late. However, due to the development of economicglobalization and China’s accession to WTO to promote Western advanced managementconcepts are constantly incoming administration and the impact of China’s reform andgovernment agencies in China.
