Society organizations in China is still in the early stages of development and facing many problems:high threshold for registration, positioning is not clear, and the scarcity of professionals, sources of funding shortages, poor social credibility, low social participation, regulatory loopholes, I think these questions are cause important reason for the difficult of social organizations independent development in China. The development of the vast majority of social organizations in China is a semi-official way up, this semi-official characteristics of social organization, and its operation will be constrained by the more or less difficult to achieve its own independent development. The bottom-up private social organizations have the power to operate independently, but because of the unfair society organizations market competition mechanism, and their own defect mechanism, leading to its independent development aspirations difficultly to achieve. Currently, the development of Chinese social organizations have been unable to adapt to the increasingly rapid development of Chinese economic and social changes. To solve society organizations independent development must recognize our special environmental constraints and learn from the independent of foreign non-governmental organizations,so as to improve our social organizations such a dilemma"have the ability but not autonomy, have autonomy but can not afford". |
