At The County Level Administrative Efficiency Supervision Research

Since the party held18large and since the establishment of the central inspection group, administrative supervision is referred to the unprecedented height. Administrative efficiency is the core issue of public management and the ultimate goal, based on the improvement of administrative efficiency, administrative effectiveness supervision focus on security order, administration according to law, for the government to try to maximizing social benefits with the minimum of social resources.In order to change the function of the county government, guarantee the administration according to law and unobstructed, improve administrative management methods, improve administrative efficiency, improve organ style, we must establish a code of conduct, coordinated operation, transparent and fair, efficient and clean the administrative body.To ensure the realization of the target, improve the government image, guarantee the government to serve the people, to strengthen administrative efficiency supervision, make good use of the result of the administrative efficiency supervision, promoting the government diligent to build a clean government.In this paper, I worked as an intern in H county commission for discipline inspection period, on the basis of the experiences in H county as an example, on the basis of administrative efficiency supervision practice, starting from the basic theory of administrative efficiency supervision, expounds the importance of our administrative efficiency supervision, content, basis and basic procedures.By reviewing the source of the history of our ancient administrative efficiency supervision and administrative efficiency supervision and the western theory of evolution, provide basis for analysis of administrative efficiency supervision at the county level. Again H county as an example to show H county in recent years, achievements on administrative efficiency supervision, points out the current problems existing in the construction of administrative efficiency at the county level in our country, on this basis, aiming at the shortcomings of the administrative efficiency supervision at the county level, put forward to promote H county administrative efficiency supervision countermeasures for improvement.
