The Analysis About Structure And Interaction Of Village Power

The research on village power structure has always been a hotspot in the research of the rural problems, this paper aims to through the investigation about a village in Hubei, analyzing the characteristics of village power structure and the characteristics of power interaction. The survey is also expected to through the profound observation of a village power structure and power interactive, to discuss the transformation and change of the current village power structure in our country, and also try to include the group of ordinary villagers into the research on village power interaction.Combined with the history and reality, this paper firstly investigates the main strength of village power structure in the current village S, pointing out that the current village S power structure presents the features of coexistence of the structured state power, the village elite and ordinary villagers, and the above several kinds of main power is described and analyzed.Later, through the three typical events founded during the investigation, this paper conduct the profound analysis of the above several kinds of main power in the village and power interaction, summarizing the current village power interaction is going through a new transformation, not only retains the interaction between original township regime and village internal governance elite, ordinary villagers are also beginning to join into the interaction, the power of the different main bodies take different strategies for power operation and their respective interests. During this interaction, the state and the township regime which was born outside the village act as the main power in the major issues of leaders choice and village development direction; But as the main body of the village internal power, the power of the village committee is truly mastered in the hands of the village party branch. The village party branch is counting as a national authorized power, located as a core position in village power structure comparing with the ordinary villagers in the power interaction of village. This time the non-governance elite acts as the villagers’"keeper" joining in the power interaction on the basis of the interests are widely affected in the ordinary villagers, using their own resources and rallying point to reach the self interest or their own common goals. The ordinary villagers in village power structure is the most humble, they must be attached to the non-governance elite or higher levels of the government’s power to participate in interactive power. If in the form of individual, the process is often complex and difficult.Then on the basis of the above analysis, this paper has the further thinking on how to promote the benign interaction in village and the transformation of village power structure. Finally the fifth chapter is the conclusion, giving the further discussion through the former chapters extensibility.
