Villager autonomy system was born in early1980s in rural china and the rapid spread of the disintegration of the commune system in the mid-1980s. After30years of tortuous course,villager autonomy into a "rural politics" of social governance in rural areas. In the current context of new rural construction and "no tax agriculture" era, rural politics is facing new opportunities for development, but also encountered unprecedented shocks and challenges. One outstanding question of which is the development of positive interaction between Township Government and village governance. The party’s18rural villagers’ self-governance report proposed a new target for the government to manage and realize the combination of grass-roots democracy, state administration and rural social development both in essence is the relationship between harmony and unity, therefore, to achieve national positive interaction with the administrative system villager autonomy system has become the key to promoting positive governance in rural China.The first part of this paper analyzes the interaction between rural autonomy and national governance, modern state building process, rural autonomous body "villagers" and "citizen" status binary property,consistency of rural governance and national governance objectives which will make rural autonomy and national governance interactions possible. The second part of the selected item in the village F village governance practices, a detailed description of the governance and Village Governance interactive game in the same project and operational processes.
