Corruption refers to the act of using public power to achieve personal goal, is the power of the derivatives, is a major problem in modern society.Corruption has a profound history and accumulation, all countries in the world is facing a big problem, in today’s rapid economic and social development in our country at present stage, we also face corruption inevitably the ills.Since the third plenary session of the eleventh, our country gradually realize from the planned economic system to socialist market economic system transformation, from the closed semi-closed all-round open society transformation, accelerating the pace of reform and opening up, high-speed economic growth.But we should also see, with rapid growth of the economy also has accumulated a lot of social contradictions.But one of the highest society, people’s attention is that corruption YuLie shu.In recent years, although our country stepped up to the corruption investigation dynamics, a group of corrupt received a just punishment, but corruption cases still to send repeatedly, whether it is investigated the number of cases, the amount of money involved, or the job title and status of the corrupt, record is in constant.The spread of corruption, hazard is the public interest of society, the damage is the social fairness and justice, greatly damage the credibility of the party and the government in the people, must take effective measures to prevent and punish.If cannot solve the corruption problem, will seriously affect the overall situation of reform, development and social stability in our country.This article attempts from the perspective of ethics, the deep cause of administrative corruption, from the Angle of strengthening the construction of ethics to explore the effective way of preventing corruption, provide new perspectives for application research on prevention and control of corruption, get new countermeasures for effectively preventing corruption, to promote the construction of anti-corruption.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the paper’s research background, research significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the basic approaches to the study of the paper, main contents, organization structure, etc.The second part analyzes the present situation of the corruption at the present stage in China and highlights, deeply analyzes the essence of corruption. The third part to the study of the role of administrative ethics corruption. Analyzed the basic theory of administrative ethics, demonstrates the role of administrative ethics corruption.The fourth part analyses the reason of the corruption of administrative ethics, from the Angle of administrative ethics, from two aspects of subjective and objective analysis on the cause of corruption.The fifth part from the perspective of administrative ethics make way for the prevention and control of corruption. This paper from the perspective of strengthening the construction of administrative ethics, and to explore by internal and external control training civil servants responsible administrative ethics, construct education, norms, supervision, environmental protection four corruption mechanism of administrative ethics construction, to establish the basic way to origin on the prevention and control of corruption.
