Construction Of The Mechanism To Prevent Corruption Of Grassroots Public Officials

In recent years,China has taken a variety of measures to crack down on corruption,and has effectively safeguarded fairness and justice,effectively purified the social ecology,and achieved an overwhelming victory.It has been firmly supported by the people and widely praised by the international community.However,we should be soberly aware that corruption has not been completely eliminated,the soil that breeds corruption still exists.In order to achieve the goal of anti-corruption and probity,we should focus on eradicating the root causes of corruption in the light of the current situation,prevent corruption from the source,continue to increase prevention efforts,strengthen the prevention mechanism,improve the corruption governance system,build a corruption prevention and establish a dam to prevent and control corruption.With the passage of the amendment to the Constitution and the Supervision Law,the State Supervision Commission was officially unveiled,the discipline inspection and supervision system reform continued to deepen,and a national supervision system with Chinese characteristics has been formed.The Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Committee is jointly working to effectively solve the problems of overlapping functions and scattered anti-corruption forces in the past,and to form a strong joint force in anti-corruption work.The "Supervision Law" clearly includes the management personnel of the mass organizations at the grassroots level into the scope of supervision,and has achieved full coverage of public power supervision.However,there are still some unresolved problems in the specific practice process,especially the phenomenon of "fly corruption" and "micro corruption" caused by the corruption of grassroots public officials,prevention mechanism is not sound.It is also quite prominent,with strong social response.The problem of corruption management at the grassroots level has caused great attention from the central government to local governments on how to build a preventive mechanism and eliminate the root cause of corruption.Grassroots civil servants are the terminal of the party and state governance system.They have the closest connection with the masses,and their actions are the most directly felt by the people.The corruption of grassroots civil servants will inevitably lead to the loss of public happiness,affect the credibility of the government,and corrupt the social atmosphere.Therefore,it is important to improve the mechanism for preventing corruption at the grassroots level.On the basis of existing research,firstly,this article combines the actual situation of work,collects corruption cases of grassroots civil servants in D District of Zhengzhou City from 2013 to the present,statistics relevant data,grasps intuitive case data,and analyzes data samples.Secondly,through in-depth research on specific data and typical cases,we further analyze the main performance and causes of corruption of grassroots public officials,and explain the current imperfection of corruption prevention mechanism;furthermore,comprehensively absorb and learn from other countries and advanced regions The experience and practice of preventing corruption of grassroots public officials,combined with the grassroots reality,aiming at problems and causes,treating symptomatically,comprehensively strategizing,focusing on mechanism building,and proposing to improve the prevention mechanism of grassroots public officials.
