Research On Happiness View Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Under The Background Of Urbanization

From the beginning of the twentieth Century80’s, along with the development of China’s urbanization, population migration history on the biggest started, our country appeared a new groups--migrant workers. With the advancement of urbanization, the group of migrant workers in china keeps growing, the generational change of migrant workers has basically completed, the new generation of migrant workers bored in80years or90years last century has become the subject of migrant workers. The importance of the new generation of migrant workers in Chinese social transformation and structural adjustment has become increasingly prominent, and the new generation of migrant workers has become an important part of industrial workers in china. Happiness is everyone’s lifelong pursuit, despite the continuous improvement of social productivity and people’s rising living standards, happiness is more whirling. More and more people pay attention to happiness, especially in recent years, the country launched a great discussion on happiness, government and people are thinking about what is happiness, how to achieve happiness. The new generation of migrant workers are a special group in China’s urbanization process, which is the backbone of promoting industrial transformation of China, whether you are happy or not directly related to the realization of the China dream. The new generation of migrant workers in the view of happiness is a significant subject which is not experienced in the ideology history. In the context of urbanization, how is the happy situation of the new generation of migrant workers, and they hold what kind of happiness is the main content of this paper research, to promote the happiness of the new generation of migrant workers and to help them set up correct sense of happiness, is the original intention of writing this article.In this paper, based on the investigation of the new generation of migrant workers in Hefei, analysis the present happiness of new generation of migrant workers, the mainstream of their happiness is positive, healthy and upward, but there are still some problems, such as the definition of personal happiness and social happiness is not clear, the understanding deviation on the significance of the money for the well-being and so on. based on the question reflected from the research, from the angles of social system obstacle, the identity dilemma on social integration, the education of political thought, as well as the new generation of migrant workers own factors to analyze the reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures for the, to help the new generation of migrant workers to establish a correct concept of happiness to offer advice and suggestions.The good institutional environment is to establish a reliable guarantee for the correct concept of happiness, humanistic concern of society is good for developing the right view on happiness of the new generation of migrant workers, effective ideological and political education help the new generation of migrant workers to establish correct concept of happiness, self-education of the new generation of migrant workers is an inexhaustible motive force for developing the correct concept of happiness relying through their own efforts.
