Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in ourcountry at present stage, a large number of rural populations became the surplus laborforce, in order to make a living or let the family members live a better life, they chose todo work into a big city. However, because of urban and rural household registrationsystem in our country and the high costs of living, their children are hard to follow themto the big city, they can only stay at home, become "left-behind children". Left-behindchildren in Shanxi Province and other children, growth and development of theirrelations to the Shanxi Province and even the future development of the motherland,and their growth and development and family education, school education and socialeducation quality has the close relation.Due to the left-behind children are in a critical period of development of body andmind, and they don’t live together with there parents for a long time, therefore,theleft-behind children have a lot of social problems in the aspect of family education,school education and social education. Left-behind children problem is in the process ofChina’s rural labor transfer problems brought about by the social reality, predictably,left-behind children problem will continue to exist for a long period of time. Study ofleft-behind children education problem in Shanxi Province, the hope can for theleft-behind children education in Shanxi Province and even the whole country toprovide some good advice on the solution of the problem.When writing this paper, mainly along the order of the questions, analyze and solveproblems, through on-the-spot interviews, questionnaires and other methods, and drawlessons from the results of predecessors and other scholars, He shun County left-behindchildren education problem in Shanxi Province were studied. This paper includes fourparts: the first part mainly elaborates the background of the study of left-behind childreneducation problem, the significance and the research achievements of experts andscholars for left-behind children education problem; The second part made a definitionof relevant concepts of left-behind children and puts forward the left-behind children inShanxi Province in the aspect of family education, school education and socialeducation problems; The third part is based on the analysis of the left-behind childreneducation problem, a deep insight into the various causes of these problems, includingurban and rural household registration system, home environment affect the school conditions, rural teacher education mode, the reform of our country’s education systemdeficiency, the relevant laws and regulations, etc; The fourth part mainly for left-behindchildren education problems, put forward the effective countermeasures andSuggestions, so as to effectively improve the present situation of education ofleft-behind children, as they create a good education environment.The innovation of this article lies in: in the aspect of solving the problem ofleft-behind children’s social education, I put forward the college students in colleges anduniversities in Shanxi Province recruiting volunteer services in the view of left-behindchildren and concrete operating methods.
