With the acceleration of urbanization,rural surplus labor force on the transfer difficulties,a large number of migrant farmers,left-behind children problem becomes the focus of today's society.Based on this,the author aimed at Suqian section rural left-behind children education present situation has carried on the on-the-spot investigation and visit,expect on the basis of thorough understanding Suqian left-behind children education research,the status quo,analysis of existing problems and causes,and put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of public management.The author selected through Suqian two districts area of daxing town and market town lu left-behind children as investigation object,through questionnaires,field survey and visit,understand the Suqian rural left-behind children not met for a long time in the emotional attachment,prone to anxiety,inferiority,easy to produce the problem such as character flaws and psychological barriers;In learning education exists in thought not value,action learning difficulties,the school teaching facilities is relatively backward,the problem such as teachers strength relatively weak;In moral education on the attenuation of the absence of parents,education,and regulation is unable to cause the left-behind children moral values is not strong,easy to have behavioral deviation;The lack of safety education in terms of safety education,transport,food,accommodation problem such as security hidden dangers exist.In-depth analysis of the causes of rural left-behind children education problem,the author thinks that the reality of a family form,value idea,the guardian family factors such as;Has the school education evaluation mechanism,and the system of teacher's teaching idea,the boarding school factors;A binary segmentation,level of education development not harmonious urban and rural areas and the negative impact of the rural social environment and other social factors;More left-behind children own existence of factors such as ideology,low self-esteem.From the perspective of public management,the government should actively establish encourage migrant workers return home entrepreneurship policy and so on employment,to improve the rural infrastructure construction,and gradually reform the household registration and the relevant system of education,health care,from the source to ensure the urban and rural balanced development of public service in children;Should continue to increase financial input in rural basic education,deepen the reform of the rural basic education teaching,make relevant policy to eliminate the obstacles of rural left-behind children start school,promote the balanced development of urban and rural basic education resources from the input;Should explore the establishment of rural left-behind children's social care intervention mechanism,the left-behind children care involves specialized institutions,from the perspective of legal guarantee of rural left-behind children's legitimate rights and interests;Should strengthen the propaganda on rural left-behind children education problem,fully arouse the attention of families,communities,schools and the society from all walks of life and participation,improve and solve the problem of rural left-behind children's education.
