Children are the future of the motherland, the hope of the people, the national successors to the cause of the future, the left-behind children is a special group of children in our country, and an important part of rural children. The healthy growth of the group concerns not only the the development of rural education, the balanced development of education,but the quality of future population in our country, economic development,social stability and harmony. This paper makes an analysis to the education of the left-behind children in B town, A couty Hubei province, studies the left-behind children education problems in that town, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which has provide reference for other areas.In the first part, this paper takes a brief introduction to the local economic and social development and the basic status of the left-behind children in B town, then analyzed the existing problems of left-behind children in that town in detail, including safety,psychological, moral and emotional education, lack of learning supervision etc.In the second part, this paper discusses the deep causes of these problems,mainly including lack of qualified teachers, and effective supervision mechanism.for the part of school, not enough attention inwardly, lack of manpower, funds, specific regulators and effective regulatory means for the part of goverment, low quality and wrong idea of the guardians, the restraint of the family condition for the part of family,etc.In the third part, the paper puts forward the measures to improve left-behind children education management in B town.For the part of school, The restraint and supervising mechanism for the education of left-behind children should be perfected, and the training of teachers,the guardians and parents of the left-behind children should be strengthened.For the part of Government,specialized management institutions should be set up to strengthen the education supervision for left-behind children. For the part of family,choosing suitable guardians, actively cooperating with the school, and community in left-behind children education management, and strengthen the communication with children, should be strongly recommended.
