Research Of How To Promote The Level Of The New Generation Migrant Workers' Sense On The Background Of Household Registration System Reform

Urbanization has become an inevitable trend of The Times,China's new urbanization is still in the early stage of accelerated development.Due to the existence of the urban-rural dual structure,whether from the perspective of system operation or resources,interests and other aspects of the conflict,the current development of new urbanization is facing great difficulties and challenges,in the process of rural population transfer to large and medium-sized cities and small towns in China.It has also attracted a lot of attention from the academic community that how to solve many problems in the process of urbanization development and promote the process of China's urbanization development.Since 2004,the central government has issued the no.1 central document on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 16 consecutive years.Among them,the transformation of migrant workers' identity is the most difficult to achieve at the institutional level,and it is also a system reform with the highest social expectations.How to reform the household registration system,break the dual household registration system in China,and make the current dual household registration system gradually return to the unitary household registration system,becoming the ultimate development goal in the current household registration system reform process.With the intergenerational development,the new generation of migrant workers,as the main force of migrant workers,has different characteristics from the old generation of migrant workers.To explore how to improve the sense of gain of the new generation of migrant workers through the reform of the household registration system is the great significance to promote the transfer of rural population to the city.Based on the 217 questionnaires of the new generation of migrant workers born after 1980 in TY,this paper analyzes the research on the improvement of the sense of gain of the new generation of migrant workers under the background of the reform of the household registration system.By sorting out relevant literature and analyzing questionnaires and scales,this paper divides the reform of household registration system into the dimensions of children's education,family housing and family relations.Employment,employment and social security dimensions;Land,social relations and other three dimensions.Analyze the influence of the new generation of migrant workers' understanding of policies on the sense of gain of family,employment and social relations in the current household registration system reform process,and find:First,the reform of household registration system has a significant positive impact on the family sense of gain of the new generation of migrant workers.Whether feel family relationships in the process of the household registration system reform changes on the new generation migrant workers families get feeling has significant positive influence;Whether we know that the children's education policy and housing policy in the reform of the household registration system have no significant positive impact on the sense of gain of the new generation of migrant workers' families.Second,the reform of the household registration system has a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of employment.In the household registration system reform,whether we know the employment policies and social security policies have a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of employment;In the household registration system reform,whether we know the employment policies and social security policies have a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of employment.Third,The reform of the household registration system has a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of social relationship acquisition.It has a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of social relationship that whether we know that the land policy;whether they feel the changes of social relations has no significant positive influence on the new generation of migrant workers' sense of social relations.Change of migrant workers' sense is a kind of sensory change involving many aspects.In the study,we found that the institutional arrangements that affect the sense of family acquisition also affect the sense of employment and social relationship acquisition of the new generation of migrant workers.In order to improve the new generation of migrant workers' sense of gain,it is necessary to pay attention to the policy implementation points that they really care about and put the policies into practice,so as to promote the development of new urbanization in China.
