Studies On The Ideological And Political Education Of Rural Grass-roots Cadres In New Situation

Rural Grass-roots Cadres, as the terminal practitioners of Party's line, principles and policies, are the major force of constructing new socialist countryside. Grass-roots Cadres' ideological and political quality is directly related with the solid position of the ruling Party in the countryside, related with the progress of socialist countryside construction and related with the harmony and stability of rural social. Therefore, improving rural grassroots cadre's ideological and political education is of great theoretical and realistic significance and should be highly valued.First, this paper mainly discusses the significance of strengthening and improving ideological and political education in new situation. Second, it defines the basic concepts, basic theory, characteristics and important status of ideological and political education for rural grass-roots cadres. Third, it analyses the problems and causes of ideological and political education from the rural grass-roots cadres overall quality, the agricultural economic development level, the relative weakening education and the impact of social transformation. The last part targeted puts forward countermeasures and suggestions including insisting the guiding status of Marxist theory, enriching the content of ideological and political, expanding the approaches of education and improving the working mechanism, etc.
