Research On The Construction Of Chongqing Township Party Member Cadres

The party organizations at the villages and towns grass-roots level is the ruling foundation and battlewagon of China communist party in all countries, and, the construction of party cadres is the key to township party construction. As one of the four municipalities in China, Chongqing’s political status and historical environment make the particularity of its political construction, on the basis of the consistent with the party central.Paper summarized the overall situation, the main measures and efficiency of the town party cadres construction in Chongqing, then it explores and analyzes the problem and answer of party cadres construction, based on my field practice in Zengfu and Qingxi, and comparison between the two places, searching countermeasures. The article divides into five parts, which is coherent.The fist chapter:The connotation and meaning of towns grass-roots level party cadres construction. This part tells us the meaning of the article topic,and make a distinction between party construction, party organization construction and party cadres construction. Nowadays, it is meaningful to strengthen the construction of towns party cadres.The second chapter:The main measures and efficiency of towns grass-roots level party cadres construction in Chongqing. This part mainly introduces the measures and efficiency of party cadres construction in Chongqing, and take this article into villages and towns grass-roots level.The third chapter:The current situation and main problem of the party cadres construction in Zengfu and Qingxi. The town of Zengfu and Qingxi, the former is agricultural town, as the latter is newly-developing town. There are some common points and also differences in the construction of party cadres, but they both need to solve some problems in team structure, ideology construction and appraisal management.The fourth chapter:The cause analysis of the problems in the party cadres construction in Zengfu and Qingxi. This part analyzes the history, system and environment reasons of the main problems mentioned above,with the materialist dialectics and logic thinking,. This part provide the breakthrough point for the idea and countermeasures in the fifth part.The fifth chapter:The idea and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of towns party cadres in Chongqing. This part provide some new realistic thought and countermeasures in selection mechanism, education mode, assessment and supervision mechanism, organization of democracy, and communication mechanism, based on the problems and answers in party cadres construction, and my my field practice in township government.
