A Study On The Current Career Outlook And Educational Countermeasure Of Grassroots Young Cadres In Contemporary Countryside

On the90th anniversary of the inaugural meeting of the Communist Party of China, Hu Jintao pointed out:"Youth is the future of our country, the hope of the nation, also the hope and future of our party", the youth are the builders and successors of socialism, caring for the young is concerned about the future. The contemporary young people are responsible for the realization of Chinese dream and the great historical mission of socialist modernization construction, are the effective strength to build a well-off society in an all-round way, related to the party’s future and destiny, the national’s development and revitalization, are the future and hope of the motherland. Rural grassroots cadres are keeping the most direct and close contact with the masses of the people, they are not only the party representatives in the rural areas, but also the organizers and leaders of rural economic and social development, related to the fundamental policy to implement the central policies in rural areas. Career outlook is the system of people’s views on the work, mainly on the business direction and career path, determines people take what kind of career attitude, follow what kind of career spirit, pursuit what kind of career goals.
