Study On Deng Xiaoping’s New Generation With Four Qualifications Thinking And Its Contemporary Values

Emphasis on personnel training is a fine tradition of the Communist Party of China. In reform and opening up period, Deng Xiaoping has put forward a series of important points to foster qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist modernization and formed his new generation with four qualifications thinking on the basis of that. It has pushed the development of Marxist theory forward in China, and also promoted the practice of that thinking. This paper will probe Deng’s thinking from the six aspects of formation and development, basic features, theoretical sources, ideological reference, main content and contemporary values.Chapter One:The formative stages and distinctive features of Deng Xiaoping’s new generation with four qualifications.
