Foreign-invest Company plays a very important role in our modern society, now Foreign-invest Company has become important pillar of our national economy development, it offered a lot of job positions for the invested cities, and eased enormous pressure on domestics employment. At the beginning of reform and opening up, as a flexible employment mode, labor dispatch came into China accompany with foreign-invest company and accelerate the pace of foreign-invest company to enter China. Dispatch workers solved foreign-invest company’s labor issues and play important role in the development of foreign-invest company in China. Jun28th,2007, dispatch was formally written into Labor Contract Law, which marked the legalization of dispatch workers’identify, and also has import guidance significance for foreign labor dispatch. The Labor Contract implemented in Jul1st,2013focus on the modification of dispatch items, which caused widespread concern from all communities, and the dispatch workers seemed to see the dawn to become formal employees of company. Then in Mar1st,2014, China promulgated Interim Regulations on Dispatch for better implementation of Contract Law and shows the determination to regulate the development of dispatch. So, what is the influence of the implementation on dispatch worker in Foreign-invest Company? And what is the reason behind the influences? This paper attempts to explore through research made on these issues.In order to better study the influence of the Labor Contract Law on foreign-invest companies’labor dispatch worker groups, author as per herself several years’experience of HR management and dispatch workers management, firstly refer to relevant literature and related research theory, author designed the questionnaire from4aspects, the fist is about the basic information about the investigated dispatch workers; the second is about the investigated dispatch workers’psychological change after the implementation of Labor Contract Law; the third is about investigated dispatch workers’pay satisfaction, on-job training opportunity and career opportunity after the implementation of Labor Contract Law; the forth is about the investigated dispatch workers’expectation after the implementation of Labor Contract Law. Next, the author take XF company which she worked in as respondent, collected120valid questionnaires, and analyzed the results of the questionnaires, and then researched the influence of Labor Contract Law on dispatch workers from5aspects including dispatch workers’ sense of belong, sense of fair, sense of career, pay satisfaction and employee motivation. The research of the results of investigation showed that after the implementation of Labor Contract Law the dispatch workers was influenced in four aspects, the first that after the implementation of Labor Contract Law, it will be more difficult for dispatch workers to become a full member and dispatch workers became more lacking for sense of belonging; the second is it is still can achieved equal pay for equal work; the third is dispatch workers’ pressure of unemployment increased; the forth is dispatch workers lose faith for their future. Then, the paper researched the root of these influence from4levels, which is accepting entity, labor dispatch unity, dispatch workers and laws and regulations.From the research above, the paper combined the actual situation of foreign-invest company, for legally, scientifically and rationally make use of labor dispatch to maximize win-win of employer and dispatch workers, the paper made four recommendations and suggestions for the foreign-invest companies from four aspects, the first is to adjust company’s HR strategy; the second is to establish a people-oriented management thinking; the third is to optimize salary system design; the forth is to establish a fair employment environment in the companyThe study of this paper has certain realistic meaning, hope it provide more foreign-invest companies more recommendations and reference when they handle the problem related with labor dispatch workers.
