The credit is not only the permanent topic of ethics, but also the theme of the operation of the market economy and development. Besides, the central leadership of the party highly stresses the social credit system, so they issued many documents to set it up. Erdos is a resource-based city, with the rapid development from2002to2010, and its gross value of production has been tripled several times. With its per capita GDP reaching up to1500dollars per year, it has soared into the most rapidly developed city in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region along with its a mass of wealth accumulation among people.Because the financial institutions couldn’t meet the financial requirement of the economic development, private lendings gradually rise up.While the lack of efficient regulation leads to the credit crisis.From2007to2009, the civil dispute which was raised by private lendings had gone up by70%.Especially during2008and2009after which the Financial Crisis broke out, it respectively grew by89%and91.59%.The development of the social credit ant not keep pace with the social economy, particularly after the real estate bubble burst,. The Usury crisis has fully revealed the deficiency of the social credit development in Erdos. Thus, it is of great importance to do the research on completing the social credit system. Basing on the actual situation, by applying the document analysis as well as qualitative analysis, i have analyzed the major problems currently in Erdos.which is illustrated as follows:the hiatus in personal credit, the credit of the company and the social credit. Then by exerting the comparative analysis, i have studied the successful cases of structuring the system at home and in abroad. Finally relying on these good experience, i have come up with some appropriate advices.
