Research On The Quality Education Of Minority Nationality Cadres In Tibet

Tibet is situated in the southwest of China which has an abundant resource andstrong humanistic culture，it has an important strategic position. For a long time, TheParty Central Committee and the government focus on the reality of Tibet. Determinesome guidelines about the Tibet that mainly include peace and liberation of Tibet、maintain the stability of Tibet、accelerates development of Tibet、improves and raisesliving standards of the Tibetan people and so on. Especially after reform and opening up,The central committee hold five Tibet work forum for the new area of the Tibet thatdirect at political security、frontier stability、the development of economy、socialprogress、the living standard of people those corresponding important policies andmeasure of development was offered, it provide policies guarantee for build new Tibet.The new period, Tibet’s rapid economic development, it happened to earth-shakingchanges and adapts to the new development requirements. Which requires "maintainingclose contact with the masses, implemented the Party’s and the government importantpolicies." task of Tibet minority nationality cadres must be advanced with the times,meet the new challenge and opportunity of the new times in the good condition.Therefore, how to ensure that a group of minority nationality cadres with living in thepresent and high qualification, it become the urgent need for the Tibet to achievenational unity、 social stability and economic growth.This paper on the basis ofconsulting、 arranging and analysis domestic academic circles about the minoritynationality cadre educational and quality education of cadres and other theoreticalachievement, focus on quality status of the Tibet minority nationality cadres, combinedwith contrastive analysis and investigation, definite the importance of strengthening the Tibet minority nationality cadre’s quality education. Despite the Tibet minoritynationality cadre’s quality education for all around development and achieved certainresults at present, but in the legal system、 organization system、 operationmechanism、cadre oneself also has some problem,therefore, this paper on base on theTibet reality, proposed to steady law system、 to perfect the mechanism andstrengthening the awareness of cadres of study the countermeasures and suggestion. Inorder to enhance the comprehensive quality of minority nationality cadres andaccelerate the development of quality education of the Tibet minority nationality cadres.
