| Since the reform and opening up, China has achieved rapid socio-economicdevelopment, social development has made great achievements, social and economicdevelopment in our country on a new starting point. At the same time, we have also seen adramatic transformation of our society in the process, along with social class differentiation,diversification diverse values and interests, social contradictions have emerged prone, pronesituation. Some scholars believe that China is in a period of prominent social contradictions.In prone, multiple social conflicts, and prone to mass incidents, frequent particularlynoteworthy, a great negative impact on society, therefore, must not be taken lightly, ourscholars should study it, society should pay attention to it, our party and the governmentshould govern it. This paper argues that the prevention of mass events, grassrootsorganizations play an indispensable role, should play an important role. However, in real life,some grass-roots party organizations due to the long neglect of their own construction, thusprevention group events, there is a vacancy, out of position, dislocation, is not in place.Therefore, this article founding of Marxism-Leninism theory, from grass-roots partyorganizations function analysis, combining for group events occurred in China in recent years,empirical analysis to explore its own building to strengthen grassroots organizations,especially in groups events fully play its role in the prevention and treatment of the path inorder to be able to provide a useful reference for all levels of party and government to developmass incidents prevention decisions.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, describes the topic of the origin, significance of thestudy, the relevant research results at home and abroad were reviewed, research methods andintroduces the main innovation of this paper.The second part of the draw circles on the basis of existing research on the concept ofthe nature of group events, the causes, characteristics, impact, trends are outlined andanalyzed.
