The Research Of The Environment Of Ideological And Politics Work In Coal Enterprise

As a specific social practice activity,the ideological and political work of coal enterprises is changing and developing by contacting with internal and external environment.The environment of coal enterprise is restricting the ideological and political work. As the integration of coal resources and the demand of the development of transition in coal enterprises, great changes have taken place in the external environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprises, which bring not only opportunities but also threat to the ideological and political work and the ideological quality, political views, the formation and development of moral quality of enterprise staff. Although the coal enterprise have improved the internal environment of ideological and political work which have a certain degree of advantages, there are still many deficiencies. Therefore, it is imperative to put forward optimized countermeasure which is feasible by a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the environment of the ideological and political work of coal enterprise and the formation and development of staff’s thought quality, political views and moral character.In order to realize the optimization of coal enterprise ideological and political work environment in a certain period, it has to analysis the environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprise systematacially. This article uses the SWOT analysis method of strategic management to analyze the situation. After the comprehensive analysis of the ideological and political work environment of the coal enterprise, according to the structure of the ideological and political education environment, we can put forward some strategies selectivelyThe paper is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly about the question origin, research significance and the present situation of the related researches, and the basic thinking and approach of the study are put forward; The second part mainly outlines the connotation and construction of the environment of ideological and political work in enterprise. Coal enterprises compare with universities, community, the military and non-energy enterprise in the aspect of the environment of ideological and political work. We can abstracts the characteristics of the environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprise by comparing with the universities, the community, the military and the non-energy enterprise in the aspect of the environment of ideological and political work; The third part analyses the current environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprise using SWOT, including the strengths and weaknesses of internal environment and the opportunities and threats of external environment;In the fourth part, according to the structure of the environment of ideological and political work of enterprise and the status analysis of the the environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprise,we can put forward the strategies to optimize the environment of ideological and political work in coal enterprise in order to use the strengths and opportunities to overcome weaknesses and avoid threats.
