The particularity of community volunteer service determines the communityvolunteer training is different from for-profit organizations and the government’s humanresources training. In our country, community volunteer service organizations andvolunteers also is just a new things, community volunteer training theory and practice ofresearch is just getting started. Therefore, perfect and perfect our country communityvolunteer training mechanism, improve the service ability of volunteers, to give full play tothe advantages of community volunteer service function, improve the quality of thecitizens and cultivate social responsibility, promote the sustainable development ofvoluntary service in China, thus promote the society and the progress of human civilizationhas important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the theory study of community volunteer training, on the basis of studyingthought from the following several aspects to further improve the mechanism of Beijingcommunity volunteer training: macro aspect, the government should provide goodadministrative environment for the community volunteer training and legal environment；Microcosmic aspect, it should be to improve the training mechanism of each link, to aim atwin-win rich training object, demand oriented to provide the corresponding trainingcontent, in the design of the project as the main body to carry out the training courses, toorganize as a guarantee to improve training effect, join volunteer service for the center withthe community, volunteer training and the daily life of the residents.Finally, in this paper, the training mechanism of Beijing BeiXinQiao communityvolunteers association has carried on the empirical research, in order to the development ofother community volunteer service in Beijing as a reference.
