Research On The Mobilization Mechanism Of Community Volunteers In The "village-to-residential" Community

Community volunteer service is one of the ways of community development.With the development of social economy,a large number of "village change" communities have emerged.Due to the particularity of the "village change" community,the village committee has been transformed into a neighborhood committee,and the "rural people" have changed to the "city people" status.The original rural management system and mechanism have been unable to adapt to the "village change" community.The purchase of social organizations by the government is an important way for the "village to change"community to learn from urban communities.The original rural residents' demand for community services is increasing.This article is based on the author's G-community in the internship process,the"village change" community comprehensive management project,to understand the background of the "village change" community and then discover the problems,and select the volunteer mobilization service.A specific content explores the mobilization mechanism of volunteers in the "village change" community.Using literature research method,non-structural interview method,case analysis method,etc.,from the three stages of excavation,mobilization and maintenance of volunteers,analyze the development process of volunteers in the "village change" community,how each stage develops.In this process,can we find favorable conditions suitable for the development of other "village change"communities,and then develop and promote development.This study lists the mobilization of volunteer teams in the "village change" community represented by the G community,and describes the status of volunteer activities in the "village change" community.The four components of the mobilization mechanism are:mobilizing the main body.The four aspects of mobilizing objects,mobilizing methods and mobilizing the environment are compared with urban communities.Summarize the process of volunteer development in the "village change" community,enumerate the activity cases in the three stages of excavation,mobilization and maintenance,and finally propose feasible suggestions from the perspective of social work,The application of the G community,and propose solutions to the mobilization problem,in order to provide some help and support for the community development of "village change",and also contribute to the localization of better development of volunteer service.The development of any grassroots community and the development of social work projects are inseparable from volunteers.The development of volunteers is also the driving force for community progress and social development.
