Yi-minority Peasant Politics Participation In The Study

The minority peasant politics participation is the important part of the whole country’s politics participation. Not only55national minorities live in broad area, but also most of them live in the remote districts. The minority Political Participation is an important criterion to weigh a national democratization degree. The stability and development in national minority area has the significant influence to the whole country’s stability and development. Yunnan Province is a main place where Yi-minority mainly lives together. Yi-minority is the big minority in Yunnan Province. The Politics Development and Politics Stability in Yi-minority countryside has the significant influence to the whole province’s stability and development.The Political Participation is an important part of Political and is also the important content of Political Modernization. Since the system of regional ethnic autonomy and the Villager Self-government system are implemented in the Yi-minority countryside area, the democratic politics in Yi-minority countryside area has advanced. Although the Political Participation Sense of Yi-minority peasant has enhanced, the Political Participation ability has exercised, and the Political Participation’s level has enhanced. As the result of the history and the development of economical, the level of Yi-minority peasant’s Political Participation has a very big disparity with the request of the Political Modernization.The paper carries on the analysis selecting the partial Yi-minority villages in WaFang town BaoShan city of Yunnan province as key research objects. We had interview with some of villagers. This paper has summarized the way of the current Yi-minority Political Participation:the Normal Participation and the Abnormal Participation. The Normal Participation including Vote and Ballot, Letters and Calls, Special folk organization. The Abnormal Participation including Sit in, Bribery and Violence. This paper has summarized the characteristic of the current Yi-minority Peasant Political Participation. It includes that the sense of Political Indifferent Participation is weak, Political Indifferent Phenomenon is expend and so on. This paper has analyzed the primary factors which contain economical development, national tradition, the system and education. This paper has proposed the ways to raise the level of Yi-minority peasant Political Participation. We should develop the rural economy vigorously, strengthen the publicity on laws, promote education, improve the system of political.
