Capital Endowment,Acknowledgement And Peasant’s Orderly Political Participation

Political participation is the most basic political right granted to citizens b y the Constitution.It is the decisive factor of a democratic government.It is o f great significance for cultivating citizens’ democratic awareness and strengthen ing democratic political construction.As a country with agricultural population as the main country,the development of rural social political democracy is cru cial for the establishment of a modern democratic country.However,due to th e limitations of rural social democratic development concepts and foundations,t he rural democratic process has become stagnant and modern.The development of social and political democracy is separated.Therefore,in order to realize t he current democratic transformation of rural political society,promote the orde rly political participation of peasants,and realize the democratic modernization of the national political system,it is necessary to clarify the important influenc ing factors of peasant orderly political participation,which is conducive to exp anding the theoretical results related to political participation behavior.It is of great practical significance to change the model of single qualitative research a nd to improve the construction of rural democratic political theory system and maintain social stability,and to realize the dynamic and orderly political partici pation of farmers.Based on the existing research results,this paper constructs the conceptual framework of capital endowment,acquisition and farmers’ orderly political part icipation behavior,and uses the nationwide micro survey data to establish an e conometric model.Through the logistic regression model,the capital endowmen t,the sense of acquisition and the order of the peasants are analyzed.The mec hanism of influence of political participation behavior.The empirical analysis s hows that the peasant cultural capital is significantly negatively correlated with the activist political participation behavior,and the social capital heterogeneity affects its orderly political participation.Among them,the peasant social netw ork has a negative impact on its contact,communication and rights-based politi cal participation.The special trust in peasant social trust is positively related to its communication and contact-type political participation,but its universal trus t is related to contact-type political participation.Negative correlation.The abso lute economic gain of farmers has only a significant positive impact on their c ommunication-type political participation.The sense of horizontal economic gain positively affects voting behavior,while it has a negative impact on communi cation-type and rights-based political participation.Farmers’ sense of anti-corrup tion The stronger the communication,the contact-type,and the rights-based poli tical participation behaviors are more likely to occur;the stronger the peasants’ sentiment is,the stronger their willingness to engage in orderly political partic ipation.Therefore,this paper proposes the following policy recommendations to increase the participation of farmers in orderly political behavior.(1)Focus on rural economic development and enhance farmers’ sense of e conomic gain.Local governments should combine the current opportunities for dual innovation and rural revitalization to vigorously promote the development of the rural economy and provide material drive for the construction of local p olitical civilization.(2)Rationalize the functions of rural autonomy and reconstr uct and integrate the social order of acquaintances.Assisting farmers to incorpo rate village autonomy into the institutionalized track,strengthen the empowerme nt of villagers,and at the same time reshape the social order of re-created acq uaintances and plant their social capital.(3)Improve the peasants’ political exp ression channels and enhance the peasants’ sense of political gain.First,effecti ve information expression and communication mechanisms should be established to construct a dual-track political expression channel.Second,the government should respond to farmers’ political needs and establish a long-term response in teraction mechanism.Third,scientific communication feedback and evaluation mechanisms should be established.Adhere to the demand-side orientation,farm ers’ demands for time-limited response and customer satisfaction;Fourth,strengt hen the supervision of government officials’ integrity,improve their political an d ideological level and serve the people;Fifth,improve the power relief syste m,strengthen the letter and visit Responsibility mechanism.(4)Optimize the p ublic service supply mechanism and improve the sense of peasants’ livelihood.Improve the social resource allocation mechanism,continuously optimize the pu blic service supply mechanism,ensure social fairness and justice,and adhere to the equalization of public services.(5)Strengthen the regulation of the Interne t platform to curb its negative effects.Because of its anonymization,the netwo rk is easy to aggregate,and its negative effects are obvious.It strengthens the regulation and guidance of the Internet and effectively exerts its constructive r ole.
