If farmers :the imbalance of political participation, political integrationdifficulties; Fourth, in order to solve the negative impact institutionalized politicalparticipation policies accordingly:(1) strengthening macrocontrol,promoting the farmersorderly differentiation; (2) respect for the interests of farmers and rural economicdevelopment; (3) to achieve greater participation in the political system; (4) the developmentof education, to raise the education level of farmers,cultivate a new political culture.
