A Study About Peasant-wokers’ Political Participation Occding To Hefei And Yancheng City

This article mainly explored the present condition and the problems in the peasant-workers’politics participation. The purpose is that to solve the practical problems in political participation by the special group at the social transportation time. Peasant-workers as one amount of piece huge and the community of the minority in our country, their medical-care and children’education and other safeguards have not been fully implemented. The right of the peasant’workers can’t full protect, so they become the vulnerable group in the city, this is not in proportion to their contribution in the city. How to solve this problem? The answer is that improve the systems of peasant-workers in political participation, strengthening the political awareness of peasant-workers, and improving the social status and protecting the rights and interests of them, only in this way their lives would be safeguarded and have the full right to speak in country’s political activities, however, in our country, there are still many problems and shortcomings in peasant-workers’political participation.This article is divided into four parts:The first part:some interpretation of the concepts, and put forward the background and meanings of the text writing. The second part:The writer do some comparison based on the analysis and other’findings, obtained the peasant-workers’current status in political participation. Although the desire of the peasant-workers are strongly, the level of the participation is very low. The ways of political participation is monotonous, sometimes use non-institutional ways to solve the problem, political participation with the randomness. The enthusiasm of political participation is very low and the range of it will gradually shift from rural to urban. The third part:The writer mainly analysis the problems in the political participation which appeared in the second, it caused by the subjective and objective factors. Objective factors are:the impact of urban and rural social systems, the channel of the political participation in the urban is not unimpeded, and lack effective organizations to support political participation, also because the government decision-making structure. Subjective factors: Peasant-worker’s ability and the sense of political participation is not strong, and the psychological factors of peasant-workers. The fourth part:Describing the subjective and objective solutions in how to improve the peasant-worker’s political participations. Subjective aspects are focused on improving the peasant-workers’awareness and ability in political participation. Through my own ideas to give the effective ways to solve the problems in peasant-workers’political participation.
