A Study On The Emergency Archives Collection And Management

Emergency accidents happened frequently in our country. How archives department respond to emergencies actively, completes the emergency archives management work are full of the strong practical significance. In this paper, the key department is how to manage the emergency archives and construct emergency archives database.The paper mainly introduces the concept of emergency archives, types of the emergency archives and the main body of the object to emergency of the file management, the particularity of emergency archives collection and the archives departments should pay attention to the file collection work with the business guidance, active acquisition, widely publicized, and the system construction,the innovative concept of emergency files management, namely the construction of emergency archival database of special topics, so it can offer emergency files using the service widely. The fifth part mainly introduced an empirical study of archives management for emergencies, take the Sichuan Earthquake as examples.Above all, we find out that the management of agency archives is on a primary level, the major job is still for traditional archives, and the type of use form is close to propaganda. The archival department must have the conception constructing database. So we can provide good service of use.
