Design And Implementation Of Procuratorate Archives Management Information System Based On Workflow Model

With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology,computers and their networks have penetrated into all levels of society.According to their own development,various social fields have formulated the route of information development,and put forward new requirements for the path of information development in the industry,and promote the overall improvement of production efficiency through information technology.For the procuratorate,its business development has gradually begun to use information technology to achieve the management of files or cases,thus completely changing the past situation of low efficiency and excessive labor consumption,better serving the needs of procuratorial business.In the early investigation and later system development,this paper has a detailed grasp of the procuratorate's work flow in case handling,and is familiar with the whole process operation of case from establishment to filing,especially the optimization design of centralized case management,case information modification,case basic information management,etc.In addition,the archives management information system developed gives different users different information.The use and operation rights ensure the security of the system.Generally speaking,the main tasks accomplished by the system are as follows:1)Combining with the actual needs,taking a procuratorate as the main body,this paper conducts a demand analysis of the archives management oriented to the daily business of the procuratorate,and conducts research from two aspects of functional needs and business needs,carries out case analysis,feasibility analysis,main entity attribute analysis,and forms a demand report.2)On the basis of demand analysis,this paper designs the Archives Management Information System of the Procuratorate,and puts forward a construction scheme of the Archives Management Information System of the Procuratorate based on workflow,designs the main core function modules,data models and key business processes of the system,and forms a complete design scheme of the Archives Management Information System of the Procuratorate based on workflow.3)On the basis of system function and architecture design,a prototype system of procuratorial archives management based on workflow is implemented.The main functions,business processes and data models of the system are analyzed,and the solutions of the technical environment and development environment of the system are given.4)The prototype system of procuratorial archives management based on workflow is tested systematically,including function test and performance test,and the BUG found in the test process is optimized and improved.The test results show that the prototype system meets the requirements of demand design,and the system is tested in a procuratorial unit,and the user experience is good.
