The main form of village power reproduction is village election in election times. As to village elites, participation in village election is a key and lawful way to get or consolidate power. For this reason, the action logic of village elites is an important perspective to discuss village election, village elites and their interrelation. The Article uses a village director election as the study case, attempts to describe village elites’action logic in village election. The study found that the village elites’ action logic in village election is orderly different mobilization. Orderly different mobilization is mainly reflected as space definition and resource integration of village social relevance and elites’ social capital, and is the common action logic of institutional elites and non-institutional elites. Orderly different mobilization illustrates that village elites have formed institutional consensus on village election on one hand, and on the other hand illustrates that village elites’ action logic is embedded in village social relevance and elites’ social capital structure. The essence of orderly different mobilization is elites’ rational action, and its’ purpose is to maximize the number of votes. After non-institutional elites won the election, their action logic of consolidating power is to carry out public reforms, and meanwhile the institutional elites’ action logic is reflected as passive obedience. Passive obedience is institutional elites’ response of attitude and behavior to non-institutional elites’ victory of election, and is reflected as negation on attitude and contradiction on behavior. With the promoting of public reform, passive obedience has changed from acquiescence to opposition. As the whole, institutional elites with "semi-executive" status characteristics will form an alliance when they encounter the election defeat or interest damage. Institutional elites’interest alliance will bring closure and exclusion to the power reproduction, and this will hinder village election from democracy transition.
