On The Construction Of The Chinese Rural Scientific-technological Culture In The New Period

Scientific-technological culture construction in rural areas is an important part of new rural construction."CPC Central Committee and State Council on promoting the socialist new countryside construction number of opinions" made it clear that the new rural construction, we must further emancipate and develop productive forces in rural areas. And "Science and technology are primary productive forces", therefore, only to strengthen Scientific-technological culture construction in rural areas, in order to further liberate and develop rural productivity. Development of productive forces, the progressive agriculture and farmers’income will have protection. Therefore, Scientific-technological culture construction in rural areas has a strong practical significance.A content of this thesis is divided into four parts:where introduction mainly elaborated significance of the topic, current research, the basic concepts and ideas and methods of this study and other issues.The first chapter discusses the Strengthening of rural Scientific-technological culture significance of the construction, mainly for three advantages:good rich rural culture connotation; will help improve the cultural quality of farmers, create new farmers; help raise rural productivity, increase farmers’ income.The second chapter analyzes the cultural construction in rural areas and in the process of technological problems, mainly for the following seven areas:science and technology understand the importance of cultural construction; wrong view of science is still a certain market; funding shortage in agricultural technological development lag; rural science and technology education is weak; against the negative effects of agricultural science and technology lack of knowledge; six pairs of agricultural science and technology policies and regulations ineffective implementation; inadequate science, pseudoscience and superstition still exists.The third chapter presents the basic countermeasures to solve the problem:To improve the Scientific-technological culture construction in rural areas the degree of attention; establish the correct view of science; invest more funds to achieve the rapid development of agricultural science and technology; strengthen rural science and technology education; efforts to prevent and reduce the negative effects of agricultural science and technology; strict implementation of agricultural science and technology policy and technology regulations; strengthen science work, exposing and denouncing the phenomenon of pseudo-science and superstition clear.
