ShiZhong is the Qin Dynasty officials, the Han Dynasty also set up the official. The first is the Prime Minister of the subordinate, to sever the emperor, link the prime minister and the emperor. The Western Han Dynasty period, ShiZhong become the JiaGuan, namely adding official position which is given to an official, in order to assist the emperor to handle affairs and strengthen imperial power. The early Eastern Han Dynasty, in view of western Han Dynasty consorts authoritarian, Emperor Guangwu strengthened the prevention of consorts; don’t allow them to master the central regime. The same time the Emperor suppressed Excellencies and revokes the Inner Chamber system which established in the Western Han Dynasty. However, as a number of the Inner Chamber system, ShiZhong has not been revoked, and instead promote to the rank of "more than two thousand stone" full time officer. During the period of Emperor Ling, there has been a specialized agency-ShiZhong temple, but due to the serious eunuch autocratic, ShiZhong powers in the Eastern Han Dynasty did not have a substantial development. Until the CaoWei period, ShiZhong take over the central government, the more power, become the beginning of the Subglottic province.The article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, briefly introduced the background and significance of the article, the writing method of this article. Meanwhile, the thesis briefly combs the research achievements of the academic circles predecessors. The second part describes in detail the ShiZhong’s development and evolution of the Western Han Dynasty. Because ShiZhong and the emperor, so its members are mostly consorts and hero children, civil officials and military officials, etc. ShiZhong the responsibilities are:take care of the emperor’s daily life, the emperor travel guards, the emperor’s advisor, and presided over important occasion etiquette, etc. The third part is the ShiZhong’s development of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Unlike the Western Han Dynasty, during the Eastern Han Dynasty ShiZhong’s candidate more inclined to consorts or civil officials, their duty is increased by dissuasion and on the book proofreading, interpretation. The four part is the influence of the ShiZhong during the Han Dynasty. Since the Eastern Han Dynasty eunuch and consorts seriously, so the article mainly from two aspects to tell: the relationship between ShiZhong and consorts as well as the relationship with the ZhongChangShi.
